To ensure clarity throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply whenever these words appear with an initial capital letter:

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on p444, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.
• You have also read and accept the p444 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You are of legal age to participate in online gaming activities (18 years or older).
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are accessing p444 voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, and with a full understanding of the financial risks involved in gambling.

Continued use of the p444 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes fresh acceptance of the updated Terms. p444 will notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-screen notification at login.

Account Registration

To use p444's real-money services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all p444 accounts:

1. One account per player. Each individual is permitted to hold one active p444 account at any time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
2. Accurate information required. You must provide your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a working email address during registration. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3. Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p444 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. Notify p444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Verification (KYC). p444 may, at any time, request identity documents to verify your age, identity, or payment method. Common documents include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or utility bill. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
5. Account inactivity. An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. p444 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant accounts as stated in the current fee schedule, or to close the account after reasonable notice has been given to the registered email address.

Age and Eligibility

p444 is an adults-only platform. The minimum age for registration and participation in any real-money game or bet is 18 years. This limit is absolute — there are no exceptions.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that you are not accessing p444 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law applicable to you personally. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of p444 is lawful under the regulations that apply to you in your location. p444 does not provide legal advice; if you are uncertain about your legal position, you should obtain independent legal guidance before using the platform.

p444 further excludes the following individuals from registering or holding an account: current employees of p444 and its affiliated companies; immediate family members living in the same household as a p444 employee; and individuals who have been self-excluded from gambling platforms and whose exclusion period has not yet expired.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on p444 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your p444 wallet immediately upon successful payment confirmation from your provider.
• p444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Your deposit method must match the name on your p444 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be held pending investigation.
• p444 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification.
• Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one business day.
• p444 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud checks before processing large withdrawals, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours. Players will be notified if this applies.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• p444 does not process withdrawals to credit cards or to accounts belonging to third parties.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on p444. Specific rules for individual games and sports markets are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection across all sports betting markets. Minimum stakes for casino games and poker are stated within each game.
• Maximum payout: Single bet maximum payout is Rs 5,000,000 per event. Accumulator maximum payout is Rs 10,000,000 per ticket. p444 reserves the right to limit payouts on individual accounts at its discretion.
• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by p444. In rare cases involving technical errors or obviously incorrect odds, p444 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes. This will only occur in cases of clear pricing error and will be communicated to affected players.
• Cancelled events: If a sports event is cancelled before it commences, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned. If an event begins but is abandoned before its natural conclusion, settlement rules depend on the specific sport and are detailed in the relevant market rules section of the platform.
• Void bets: Voided bets have their stake returned to the player's real money balance. In an accumulator, a void selection is treated as a non-runner and the bet is recalculated accordingly.
• In-play betting: Bets placed in-play on p444 are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of broadcast lag. During periods of high volatility (penalty decisions, red cards, match interruptions), p444 may temporarily suspend live betting markets. This is normal practice and does not constitute an error.
• Results and settlement: p444 uses official results from governing bodies and verified third-party data providers to settle all bets. In the event of a discrepancy, the official result from the relevant governing body takes precedence.

Bonuses and Promotions

p444 runs a variety of promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. If no multiplier is stated, the default is 20x the bonus amount.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will be removed from the account automatically without notice.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward completing a wagering requirement. Typically, slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 5%. Poker hands contribute 0% unless a specific poker promotion states otherwise. • Bonus abuse: p444 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome (arbitrage), using VPNs to access geo-restricted promotions, or colluding with other players. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While bonus funds are active in your wallet, the maximum single bet permitted is Rs 2,000 or 10% of the remaining bonus amount, whichever is lower. Bets placed above this limit during active bonus wagering may be voided.
• p444's discretion: p444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered will remain valid for the original stated period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p444 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with p444 in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the p444 platform's code, software, or servers.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other competitive format on p444.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information relating to the outcome of any sporting event.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to mask your real location for the purpose of accessing promotions or services not available in your jurisdiction.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent limits, bans, or verification requirements.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to money obtained through theft, fraud, or other criminal means.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing p444 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

Where p444 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, the platform reserves the right to close the account, void all bets and bonuses, and retain or return funds as appropriate based on the nature of the violation.

Intellectual Property

All content on p444 — including but not limited to the platform design, software, graphics, logos, game content, text, and data — is the intellectual property of p444 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the p444 platform without the prior written consent of p444. The p444 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the platform and may not be used without authorisation.

Privacy and Data

p444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

p444 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required for operational and compliance purposes. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

Responsible Gaming

p444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity — all accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your p444 account. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time, but increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from p444 for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month. During this period, your account will be inaccessible for betting and gaming.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from p444 for a period of 6 months to 5 years. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the stated duration and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

Account Closure

You may close your p444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure:

• Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been assessed.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
• If you close your account voluntarily and later wish to reopen it, you may do so by contacting support — provided you were not under a self-exclusion at the time of closure.

p444 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion if a player is found to have breached these Terms. In cases of fraud, collusion, or criminal activity, p444 may withhold funds pending investigation and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement or regulatory enquiry.

Limitation of Liability

p444 operates its platform to the highest standards of reliability and fairness. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p444 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or other indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond p444's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government actions).
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, provided p444 takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

In all cases, p444's maximum total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

p444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p444 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered players via email to their registered email address.
• Display a notification at the top of the platform at the next login after the change takes effect.

Your continued use of p444 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required for regulatory compliance — may be made without individual notification. These will still be reflected in the updated "Last Updated" date.
